Home Depot has established an Adoption Reimbursement Plan to assist associates when adopting a child.

Autism & Developmental Disability

Enroll for expert parenting support for raising kids ages 1-18. Access 1:1 consultations with parenting experts and evidence-based training to help you guide your child through developmental milestones.

Auto Insurance

This program is available in most states to those who qualify. You may apply for coverage in auto insurance at any time throughout the year. Your coverage begins on your application completion date.

Carelon Wellbeing

Carelon Wellbeing is a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing support in several areas, including uncertainty, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, life changes, substance use, domestic violence, family challenges, community, legal, and financial resources. All associates, their spouses, children, and household members have free and confidential access to 6 counseling sessions per situation, per year.

Commuter Benefits

The commuter benefits program allows eligible associates save money by paying for certain work-related transit and parking expenses through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Critical Illness Insurance

This plan pays a lump-sum amount if you or your covered family members are diagnosed with a critical illness, such as a heart attack, stroke, cancer or one of 30 other covered illnesses.

Home & Renters Insurance

This FREE resource offers great insurance rates and discounts for associates. You may apply for coverage in home/renters insurance at any time throughout the year.

The Home Depot Foundation is pleased to offer an improved Matching Gift Program for Home Depot associates. This program allows associates to tap into Foundation resources in order to match their individual gifts to the charities that reflect their personal interests.
