LTD insurance

Provided through New York Life (formerly Cigna), you must enroll on the Chubb Benefits Portal.
You may choose to purchase LTD insurance to receive 50% of your lost pre-disability income, up to a maximum of $3,125 per month and minimum of $50 per month.

Annual Enrollment is your only opportunity to enroll in LTD insurance. You cannot add this coverage at any other time, even with a qualifying life event.
