Mental Wellbeing

Prioritizing your mental health creates the foundation for a healthier, more balanced you, supporting personal growth and helping you become stronger every season, inside and outside the workplace.

Explore the mental health resources available to you. Whether it’s speaking with a counselor or simply taking time to recharge, support is here when you need it.

Programs offered through the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) are available to all teammates and members of their household.

  • Therapy and Counseling

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

    Confide

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is available to all teammates and household members.

Confide is a voluntary, confidential service that provides a Behavioral Health Navigator, personal and professional counseling and referral services designed to help you live your best life. All teammates and anyone who resides in your home have access to five (5) confidential, free counseling sessions per issue, per year.

    How it Works

    • Each eligible person has up to five free visits per issue, per year. Visits can be in-person or virtual.

    • After your free sessions, your mental health coverage on your medical plan takes over, and you pay a cost share based on your plan.

    Learn about Confide

    • Concierge approach to navigation — Getting connected to the right behavioral health care is hard, especially when burdened by concerns that make it difficult to focus and follow through on tasks. Engage with a trained, compassionate navigator who can support you in every step of your journey, simplifying this complex process and accelerating the speed of connecting you and your household members to the best-fit intervention.

    • Real-time support — Care Navigators are available 24/7/365. They are there in the middle of the night when anxiety hits, so you are never alone. Connect live or use our concierge service with Click to chat and telephonic access. Click to chat is available from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET. The phone line is available 24/7.

    • Digital front door and digital tools — Self-guided tools are provided to address stress and resiliency, including cognitive behavioral therapy and personalized peer coach support, making it easier than ever for you to get the type of care you need quickly.

    • Support beyond counseling — Get help with home and work demands through referrals for child care, senior care, adoption, pet care, home repairs and more. Confide also provides financial consultants to help with debt, budgeting and more. See Work/Life Support below to learn more.

    One Simple Thing

Team Wellbeing is dedicated to helping teammates improve work-life balance. The One Simple Thing initiative asks teammates to PICK, COMMIT and DO one thing to improve their work-life balance.

Need some inspiration? Here’s what other teammates are doing with their One Simple Thing …

    • A CSC teammate leaves early on Wednesdays to volunteer with a local youth group.

    • Another CSC teammate takes his dog for a walk every day in a local park.

    • A Field leader makes time in the early morning or later evening to work out with his son—with both of their busy schedules, it’s a meaningful way for them to connect.

    • Another Field leader simply uses the flexibility to schedule personal appointments during the day instead of late at night.

    • A DC teammate worked with DC leadership to create schedule flexibility in order to coach a local female football team.

Speak with your manager today to pledge your One Simple Thing.

    No Meeting Zone

The No Meeting Zone gives teammates uninterrupted time during the day to have lunch and catch up on work without meeting commitments. The No Meeting Zone blocks off teammates’ calendars from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. daily. We encourage teammates to respect the No Meeting Zone by avoiding scheduling meetings during this time block.
