Open Enrollment

Enrollment is a must this year!

If you're currently enrolled in a Ralliant medical plan, your current medical election will not carry over to 2027 automatically. If you do not enroll, you may be defaulted into a medical plan that may not fit your needs. Be sure to make your elections by November 11, 2026 to lock in 2027 coverage.

Five things you need to know

We're making some big changes to our benefits starting January 1, 2027. We're focused on improving your overall experience by simplifying the medical plan options and creating a better healthcare experience for you. Here are five important things to  know about your benefits:

1. You must enroll in medical coverage

If you're currently enrolled in a Ralliant medical plan, your current medical election will not carry over to 2027 automatically. If you do not enroll, you may be defaulted into a medical plan that may not fit your needs.

And, as always, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) elections also won't carry over.

2. Simpler coverage is here

We're introducing a new medical plan called the PPO 750 Plan, to replace the PPO 500 and PPO 1000 Plans.

The new plan combines the best of both worlds:

  • Lower monthly premiums than the PPO 500 Plan

  • Richer coverage than the PPO 1000 Plan

  • Predictable out-of-pocket costs

The HSA 1750 and HSA 3000 medical plans will still be offered.

Good to know:

  • Due to increasing healthcare costs, monthly premiums are increasing in the HSA 3000, HSA 1750, and dental plans. Ralliant will continue to subsidize a large portion of your benefit costs — more than the industry average does.

  • The annual deductible in the HSA 1750 Plan is increasing to $1,750 for individual and $3,500 for you and dependents to align with IRS requirements.

3. Big news for your health: medical plans are moving to Aetna

Our medical plans are moving from Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield to Aetna. Aetna brings a lot to the table:

  • Making it easier for you to save money with in-network providers

  • Convenient access to virtual providers, including CVS MinuteClinics

  • The Aetna Health app, which lets you find providers, check claims, view your ID card, estimate costs, and manage your benefits all in one place

  • 24/7 nurse line and care management to help you when you have a medical question or are managing an ongoing health issue

  • Access to the same great benefits such as Hinge Health, Teladoc, Maven, and Progyny

  • Pharmacy benefits that are more easily coordinated between CVS and Aetna

96% of current providers are in the Aetna network. To see if yours are and to learn more about Aetna, visit aetnaresource.com/preview/7716.

Good to know:

  • You'll get a new ID card in the mail in late December.

4. Big news for your health accounts, too: moving to Fidelity

Our Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and Commuter benefit program are moving from HealthEquity to Fidelity — the same trusted partner who manages our 401(k) retirement plan.

This means you'll be able to see your retirement savings, HSA, FSA, and commuter benefits all in one place, making it easier than ever to get a full picture of your financial wellness.

Good to know:

  • You'll get more info about how to transition during the enrollment process.

  • You'll receive new debit cards in the mail in late December.

5. Wellness just got easier: Aetna Health Your Way

We're replacing the Regence Empower Wellness Program with Aetna Health Your Way. The new digital health platform offers health coaching, tailored recommendations, and digital tools to support the whole you. You can also connect your activity tracker to monitor your progress and participate in challenges.

Plus, you'll receive a $100 gift card when you get your annual physical exam.

Good to know:

  • Take the free well-being assessment and choose a personalized journey to help you achieve your health goals.
